Nothing to copy: this app reuses the client id and secret of your Spotify In The Moment app, read from that app's .env.
One step in the Spotify dashboard: open that same app, choose Settings, and add this instance's redirect URI: . If you run localmusic in both places, add both: https://roamfm.stream/callback/spotify for the live site and http://127.0.0.1:1916/callback/spotify for your Mac.
